We are pleased to name Omar Sinaph as the new President of PVS Nolwood, our full-line chemical distribution business. Omar has been with PVS for over a decade and has progressively held various roles including Corporate Project Manager, Director of Corporate Engineering, and most recently the Vice President of Business Development overseeing our M&A and corporate development activities. Omar also serves as the Managing Director of PVS Chemicals Belgium, our sulfur-based specialty chemical manufacturing and distribution division in Europe.
Omar holds an MBA with specialization in Finance and Strategy from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, an MS in Structural Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Kerala University, India. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana and has held leadership roles in various non-profit organizations.
