PVS Chemicals of Detroit Michigan has acquired the stock of Houston based DX Holding Company Inc. (DX/DPC).
Consistent with PVS’s management of its other businesses, the company intends to manage DX/DPC as a stand-alone independent subsidiary. As of June 1st, Kurt Filer, a longtime DX/DPC employee and the current General Manager will take over as DX/DPC’s President.
DX/DPC Chairman Reed Morian states, “We are incredibly proud of the hardworking men and women who have made DX/DPC a successful business for seventy-seven years. I think the opportunity for the combined companies is enormous.”
