Sackett-Waconia has a storied 125-year history designing and manufacturing a full line of fertilizer handling, blending and process equipment. The company specializes in systems designed to match each customer’s requirements. Sackett-Waconia’s blending systems and equipment can be found around the world and in your backyard. Equipment is engineered specifically for the rigors of the fertilizer industry and designed with a long service life in mind.
Sackett-Waconia has operations in Baltimore, North Carolina and two facilities located west of Minneapolis. Across each of these sites, approximately 150 new employees will be joining PVS. This acquisition strengthens PVS through potential synergies with PVS’ Chantland MHS located in Iowa and expands our customer relationships in agriculture.
PVS is honored to be entrusted with the next chapter of Sackett-Waconia, a company that complements PVS’ other lines of business. First and foremost, our goal is to continue to provide our customers and partners with the excellent craftsmanship and innovation that has been the foundation of Sackett-Waconia for the past 125 years. Additionally, PVS is pleased that Larry Taylor, the current CEO of Sackett Waconia, will remain in his position for the foreseeable future, ensuring continuity and a seamless integration.
